Water Recycling : W100
KKE W100 is a solution built to fit the challenges of the vehicle wash industry. Most of the recycling systems would fail to recycle water because of the oil content in water.
The water recycling system is skid mounted assembly which reduces the installation time considerably. The equipment is manufactured in four parts :
- Sludge Separator
- Multi - media filter
- Activated Carbon Filter
- Resin based Water Softener
Sludge Separator
Sludge separator removes the big lumps of soil from the water. It additionally removes the traces of oil from the water.
Multi-Media Filter
At this stage, the coagulated sludge is removed upto 10 microns using a sand, gravel, Anthracite based multi media filter. The anthracite has a higher dirt holding capacity and hance can be operated at higher velocities. It is used to filter out turbidity in raw water upto level of 50 - 100 NTU.
Activated Carbon Filter
Activated Carbon filter is used for removal of free Residual Chlorine, Color, Odour. It works on the surface adsoption principle.
Resin based Water Softener
This part reduces the hardness of the water using Resin based water softener.
